Bursary Showcases

Artsadmin’s bursary artists present events throughout the year at Toynbee Studios. These take many forms, ranging from public talks, labs, performances and screenings to more private showings of work in progress.

The Artists’ Bursary Scheme has been running since 1996 and has supported over 200 contemporary performance artists since then. It supports artistic experiment, risk, speculation and play, with a small grant, mentoring and the opportunity to present work at varying stages of development.

The next round of the scheme will be launched in January 2016 with an open call for applications from UK-based artists.
