For one night only, 2 Degrees Festival relocates to Walthamstow for a special event hosted by Bank Job, a feature film and art project pushing for economic change, operating out of a former Co-op Bank in North East London as HSCB (Hoe Street Central Bank).

The Guardian called Bank Job 'The Rebel Bank', as they first printed their own banknotes and artwork and sold £40,000 worth of them. They used half of the proceeds to fund local projects (£5,000 each) picking up the pieces of our broken financial system, including a food bank, homeless kitchen and a youth project.

They used the other £20,000 to buy up and abolish £1 million of local high interest debt. In 2019 this debt will be quite literally exploded. Join us at HSCB to see the results of that act.
