Presented by the Serpentine Gallery for Heatwave 2. Tiger Skin was re-grown for Traits of Life at the Exploratorium, San Francisco in 2002/3.
Stripes imprinted through process of stencilling. The living grass skin was stretched taut and suspended.
The artists 122cm x 183cm Image of a rock python (photographed at London Zoo) imprinted into living grass through the controlled production of chlorophyll.
