Triptych

Mem Morrison

Working in collaboration with artists from Liverpool, Coventry and Bristol, Mem took one street with a common name and a handful of street atlases, he infiltrated each city to examine ideas about loss, distance and departure.
A personal voyage steeped in history, Triptych searched the streets and looked behind closed doors to ask, are we passionate about where we live?

Commissioned by Arnolfini, Bristol, the Mead Gallery, Coventry and Bluecoat Arts Centre, Liverpool, Triptych was a unique visual performance made exclusively for three cities.
