Artsadmin’s KIWI project features in a new Culture is Digital report
Last week our Co-Director Judith and Katie, our Head of Marketing and Development, went to the National Gallery for the launch of a new report by DCMS (the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport) that sets out an ambitious framework for how culture and technology can work together to boost the capability of cultural organisations.
We are delighted that Artsadmin was chosen as a case study in this new Culture is Digital report. Turn to page 39 to read about our digital transformation project, called KIWI, in collaboration with Golant Media Ventures. Back in 2016, Artsadmin embarked on a journey to turn our data, and the relationships and knowledge that it represents, into a strategic and organisational asset. We wanted to make our staff more confident with data and we were keen to use data to help us identify new opportunities for marketing, fundraising, cross promotion and much more.
