Take Up Space is an inter-disciplinary performance project that takes place in London prisons as part of Artsadmin’s creative criminal justice programme. This year Take Up Space was delivered by artist Lanre Malaolu and Education Producer Siobhan McGrath. They explored the suppression and expression of emotions through movement with young men at HMP Thameside. Siobhan reflects on the process in this blog.
