Dot Dot Dash Dot (..-.)

7.30pm. FREE

Blushing men to macho femme, and everyone in between you are invited to an evening Out at the Arts Bar and Café.

Artsadmin Youth Board presents the third ‘Dot Dot Dash Dot’, an evening of films combining the old with the new. This time round the theme is ‘Queer’, where we will celebrate sexuality, gender and the diverse meaning of this word. Three short ‘dots’ from emerging artist/film-makers will be screened alongside a longer ‘dash’ from an established artist.

Our 'Dash' will be Kenneth Anger’s 1947 classic ‘Fireworks’ and the selected shorts are: 'just a meaning that you attribute to it' by Bernadette Anzengruber, 'Meeskeit' by Neil Ira Needleman, 'One' by Maria Wiecko and 'Spring' by Hong Khaou.

The evening will end with a post-screening discussion.
