Split into three parts over three consecutive days, join us in experiencing a rare and intimate recount of each show from the man who has seen it all. Limited visibility, please arrive early.

Collaborative, Cooperative, Collective

Is it still possible to create work in a non-hierarchal way? Could the counter-culture happen now?

Come and join the conversation between People Show artists past and present with input from industry associates as we look to investigate the big questions in relation to People Show’s practice and impact upon the wider theatrical landscape. Chaired by Vicky Featherstone (Artistic Director, Royal Court). Panel includes playwright Howard Brenton and Mark Long.

9pm
People Show 132: The Story of Us

An unconventional adventure across eons, years, weeks, minutes and seconds. A Man and A Woman question their place on earth and their place at the dinner table. Can listening to Chris Rea give any insight on the matter of interplanetary colonisation? What would be the best strategy to secure an impromptu date at the local Italian? What happens when we look so closely at a stranger we begin to see their past appear between the gaps in their teeth? People Show examine human nature and life force in this, their 132nd piece of contemporary theatre especially created for their 50th Year
