Mem Morrison

7pm & 9pm. £10 & Part of SPILL Passes.

With album sleeve in hand, artist and singer/songwriter Mem Morrison takes you on a song cycle to the moon and back in the unique surroundings of the Norman Foster designed Willis Building, an Ipswich landmark.

Embark on a moonlit expedition through a fragmented landscape in the company of Luminous, an album of original songs exploring our fundamental relationship to the moon. Experienced as an immersive 3D spatial soundscape that combines atmospheric electronics with traditional instruments.

Mem returns to his electronic music roots with Luminous, fusing performance art with music in his own innate style. In a time where the vinyl album makes a heroic return for a new generation, Luminous offers a moment to pause and listen in a universe that spins too fast.

Duration: 70 minutes.
