The A to Z Unit are mapping, harvesting and exploring the micro-economic craft food and beverage systems of East London.

In a post 2 degrees future, where food is scarce, what might we find which we can transform into something edible?

Working with micro-culinary enthusiasts and food innovators Blanch & Shock, A to Z Unit are creating edible artefacts from local sources of micro-organisms.

*Sourdough starters, kombucha SCOBYs, yeasts, knowledge, tips, methods all welcome
