TIME, no payment required (barter, trade and exchange* encouraged)
Create an edible artefact made from locally-sourced micro-organisms
The A to Z Unit are mapping, harvesting and exploring the micro-economic craft food and beverage systems of East London.
In a post 2 degrees future, where food is scarce, what might we find which we can transform into something edible?
Working with micro-culinary enthusiasts and food innovators Blanch & Shock, A to Z Unit are creating edible artefacts from local sources of micro-organisms.
Visit the micro-bar for a taste of these edible artefacts.
*Sourdough starters, kombucha SCOBYs, yeasts, knowledge, tips, methods all welcome
Collaboration between the A to Z Unit and Blanch & Shock.
