Renata Gaspar is a performance artist working with theatre, film and sound.
In her practice, which is often process-oriented, she uses provisional and conceptual strategies to explore issues about how the individual and the collective re-shape one another. Central to her work is the element of research, documentation and the assemblage of an archive composite.
She is a co-founder of réaltympanica; recent projects include: Connection Failed, a live art sound piece in a launderette in Peckham, and X Street, a minibus journey through Hackney.
