Bonnie Mitchell is an independent theatre producer.
Bonnie is producer with The Wrong Crowd, an award winning visually inventive storytelling theatre company making work for cross-generational audiences. Fusing puppetry, text and music, we aim to delight, provoke and inspire our audiences and remind them of the wonder of live performance.
Bonnie is producer with The Paper Birds. We create work that is culturally, socially and politically observational and conversationally urgent. We make work inspired by creatively engaging with our local communities, drawing heavily on verbatim material, often prioritising the stories of women.
Bonnie is also chair of Teatro Vivo, a South London site specific theatre company, we transform much loved stories into theatrical adventures; collaborating with communities and audiences to turn everyday environments into magical worlds.
