Periphery was the exposition of a collection of recording tape gathered from the Périphérique and animated by wind, evoking the cultural margins of the city through its sonic waste.
Following his residency at the Couvent des Récollets, Paris, in 2006, Graeme Miller presented this new work for the exhibition, Résidents at Espace Electra, Paris, which documented the work of artists, including Isaac Julien and Susan Hiller, who have taken part in the city’s international residency programme.
