Shot on iPhone in winter of 2019, Wild Car, an improvised rail vehicle, follows the narrow-gauge tracks of Europe to make a single mesmeric journey.
This is a work of mourning shot before Brexit, composed under Covid-19 lockdown by artist Graeme Miller. It is a visual and sonic Winterreise that crosses the continent from the North of Denmark to the South of Sardinia revealing its small trackside landscapes and evoking their sense of place and history.
