Discover Glorious by Rajni Shah, through an artist film based on the original six shows, including when it was performed in Mons in 2012. Acclaimed UK filmmaker Becky Edmunds has woven footage from all six shows into a collection of choreographed moments on camera, which slowly builds in rhythm and pitch, in an exquisite alternative to the traditional performance documentation. Each time Glorious was performed, the company worked with a new set of musicians and local residents – dismantling, reinventing and re-assembling the raw material of the show over a few weeks. The show was centered around people, what it means to live in a place, and what it means to gather together in a theatre.
