We’re thrilled to announce that Cath Longman-Jones is joining as Chief Operating Officer and Louisa Borg-Costanzi Potts as Head of Programme. Both will work closely with Raidene Carter, Artistic Director, to co-lead the organisation and to deliver Artsadmin’s artistic programme.

“We are delighted to welcome both Cath and Louisa to Artsadmin.  Following a period of organisational change in 2024, we start 2025 with our sights firmly set on maintaining and developing our essential artist support and producing work within a sustainable artistic and business model.  The two newly created roles that Cath and Louisa are taking up are fundamental to this plan, and we are excited to start working with them on building a vibrant and vital future for Artsadmin.” – Jeremy Smeeth, Chair of the Board of Trustees

Cath Longman-Jones | Chief Operating Officer and Joint CEO

Cath’s career in subsidised arts and charity management spans nearly thirty years, starting with producing on the Edinburgh and London fringe alongside administration and general management roles at Royal Academy of Music, Hampstead Theatre, Hoipolloi and Gate Theatre. A decade in, she trained as a chartered accountant with Baker Tilly (now RSM) and since then has focused on senior finance and operational roles, from finance management for Crafts Council, Birth Companions and You Make It, to heading up finance and operations for building based organisations Free Word and Clean Break. Most recently Cath was Finance Director for the Young Vic.

“I’m delighted to be joining Raidene to lead Artsadmin at this time. An important, impactful organisation with a 45 year track record of supporting artists to develop their practice and deliver timely, powerful work, rooted in an incredible building, with excellent, deeply held values. I can’t wait to get started.”

Louisa Borg-Costanzi Potts| Head of Programme

Louisa is an experienced producer, working predominantly in cross-arts, interdisciplinary and socially engaged practice. She has a particular interest in co-creation practices, arts and wellbeing and cross sector partnership working. Louisa has previously worked with organisations including the Barbican Centre and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, and most recently was Programme Director for Fevered Sleep. She works as an independent producer for artists and organisations including Akshay Sharma, Fearghus Ó Conchúir, Victor Esses, Micro Rainbow and Wookey Works. Louisa is a Trauma-Informed Yoga Practitioner, a graduate of the Clore Leadership Short Course, and has been a Trustee for Entelechy Arts since 2017.

“Artsadmin is an important organisation with a rich history of supporting excellent artists and producing brilliant work, so I’m thrilled to be joining at this exciting time as we embark on the further development of its bold programme for local, national and international artists, communities and audiences.”

Cath and Louisa mark the first of a number of new appointments for Artsadmin throughout 2025, who will join a dedicated, continuing staff team in our home, Toynbee Studios.
