Power Plant

A sound and light art installation event commissioned by the Contemporary Music Network for Liverpool European Capital of Culture 08.

Deep in the Victorian gardens, as dusk falls, old gramophones spin glittering sounds whilst clicking insects cast vast moving shadows. A nocturnal sensory trail where haunting whistles rise and fall, luminous balloons breathe gentle sighs. A glasshouse shudders and sparkling flowerbeds dance to their own tune…
