You Me Bum Bum Train have recently become associate artists at Artsadmin as well as being awarded the 2009 Oxford Samuel Beckett Theatre Trust award. In July 2010 You Me Bum Bum Train will be putting on their biggest show to date as part of barbicanbite10 and CREATE10, with over 4 floors of exhilarating scenarios created to shock, dazzle and amaze.
You Me Bum Bum Train de-robes individuals of their decision making and gives them a first hand experience of what would ordinarily be other peoples’ lives. In the past passengers have experienced being a winning contestant on a games show, a boxer, being saved by a fireman and having their own personal Bar Mitzvah.
In July 2010 You Me Bum Bum Train will be taking over an empty building in Bethnal Green, London with a unique maze of live scenes featuring over 200 performers. Passengers on the ride will be catapulted into unimaginable situations before being returned to the outside world, breathless, invigorated and left wanting more.
