Town Hall Artworks Open Day

The magnificent Grade II-listed Bethnal Green Town Hall has been radically transformed and is now Town Hall Hotel & Apartments.

Eight local artists have created permanent artworks in response to the building itself and its social and historical context, adding something exciting, innovative and absolutely contemporary to this exclusive hotel.

On 1st July you can explore the artworks and the building itself as we open the hotel doors for a series of special tours, led by the curators and architects, as well as a one-off performance by walkwalkwalk.

Town Hall Artworks includes works by Claire Morgan, Bálint Bolygó, Debbie Lawson, Peter Liversidge, Zoë Mendelson and walkwalkwalk (Gail Burton, Serena Korda, Clare Qualmann).

Curated and produced by Artsadmin for Town Hall Hotel & Apartments. Artsadmin receives regular funding from Arts Council England. Artworks Open Day is part of CREATE10.
