Amidst the frenetic excitement of the London 2012 Games, Abi Cunliffe invites you to slow down, stand still, pause, meander and… breathe. Experimenting with sound and silence, found objects and glimpses through windows, Abi will create a space to capture a moment for yourself inside a beach hut in the fashionably unfashionable seaside town of Brightlingsea in Essex.

The performance is free for one person at a time and lasts approximately 20 minutes. Tickets can be reserved in advance through Colchester Arts Centre.
