Beau Belles Ice Cream Van

Join Beau Belles, the East End Ice Cream Van, to celebrate the opening of the Queen Elizabeth Park as part of Open East Festival by creating an outdoor social club for a right ol’ Bingo Bonanza. The mass bingo event will be hosted by Rebecca Davies and supported by a troupe of bingo enthusiasts, including Ruth Cherrington, author of Not Just Beer and Bingo. Join Beau Belles throughout the day in mass bingo and folk festivities.

We should celebrate clubs because of their community focus and numerous roles they played. Many men and women helped to found and run clubs on a voluntary basis across 150 years. They provided a space where working people could spend their free time, offering not just beer… but a whole range of activities: games, sports, concerts, Christmas parties, concerts, seaside outings and a game of bingo!
