Florence Peake's REMAKE for the Moving Museum during Frieze is a continously moving, sculptural performance work. Five performers use lengths of wood to frame and reframe the space and each other in an act of spontaneous choreography. A durational performance lasting three hours, audiences are welcome to come and go at their leisure. REMAKE is part of a OPEN HEART SURGERY, a programme of work curated by Moving Museum of work by over 30 artists.
REMAKE has previously been shown in London at Chisenhale Dance Space, The Place and Roehampton University; at Yorkshire Sculpture Park, BALTIC 39 (Newcastle), the Lanchester Gallery (Coventry), Kulturens Hus (Sweden). Florence Peake is an Artsadmin Associate Artist 2012-14.
