Cath Longman-Jones

Cath’s career in subsidised arts and charity management spans nearly thirty years, starting with producing on the Edinburgh and London fringe alongside admin and general management roles at Royal Academy of Music, Hampstead Theatre, Hoipolloi and Gate Theatre. A decade in, she trained as a chartered accountant with Baker Tilly (now RSM) and since then has focused on senior finance and operational roles, from finance management for Crafts Council, Birth Companions and You Make It, to heading up finance and operations for building based organisations Free Word and Clean Break, and most recently as Finance Director for the Young Vic.
