Jamie Zubairi is an actor, artist and writer whose solo work since 2009 fuses performance, storytelling and painting.
His first work Skylarking continues in development while he also works on a series of paintings inspired by a recent trek to Gorak Shep on Mt Everest. He is also a singer, guitarist and poet and founder of His Jeweled Floor Theatre Company.
Jamie grew up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia but came to England in 1988 to further his education. He studied Art at DeMontfort University and painting under Andrew Burkitt and Anthony Sum before acting training at LAMDA.
