Drawing underscores Lucia King’s practice in performance, theatre and film, and her work has also appeared in installation and gallery contexts.
Having lived and worked in the Netherlands, Spain and India, her practice looks at the distances created by colonial divide, cultural displacement and differences in sexual orientation. She is currently based in the UK and is developing a new performance work, Dis-mantled, exploring intimacy in relationships.
