Pippa is Executive Producer for Selina Thompson Ltd, an artist-led National Portfolio Organisation making rigorous political work full of joy. She works with Duckie and The Posh Club to support their governance processes. She is a Trustee at Geese Theatre: an arts in criminal justice organisation and spent 6 years on the Midlands Area Council for Arts Council England.
Before joining STL in June 2025, Pippa was Director (Producing) at Fierce Festival, where she collaboratively led the company for over 8 years. During this time she produced 4 city-wide international festivals, major Commonwealth Games cultural projects Key to the City and Healing Gardens of Bab, as well as the nationally touring public realm project Public Trust.
She is an award-winning Producer, with a history of long-term partnerships with independent artists to produce projects (like Gen X Gen Z for Artsadmin with Tink and Abra Flaherty), as well as working with venue and wider partners to deliver a range of one-off projects, strategic work, productions and tours.
She has been a visiting lecturer in a number of universities and is regularly invited to speak on panels and be part of selection processes. She’s particularly passionate about presenting work by marginalised voices, contemporary practice, and working outside formal arts contexts.
