Radar 2022
How can we radically support you through open conversations, workshops and events? What would you like to see from Radar this year?

Radar is a series of free sessions, talks, and events that offer skills and tools for artists at all stages of their career to build a more sustainable practice.
Every day at Artsadmin we speak with artists across the UK who identify barriers they face. Radar responds to these barriers by utilising our network of experienced artists, producers and leaders to work together and demystify the process of making and presenting live art.
For 2022, we want to focus on issues that are urgent. This might be grant applications, financial precarity, wellbeing and community care, and everything that comes with making work in the context of Brexit, Covid, the climate emergency and the hostile environment.
In February, Michael is hosting How to Listen Well: Practising feedback and collaboration, a workshop exploring listening and feedback in the creative process. Later in the summer, we are focusing on Arts Council England’s new Project Grants funding model and application process.
As we begin the year, we are keen on opening up the conversation to you, our community, and ask, what would you like to see from Radar this year? How can we radically support you through open conversations, workshops and events?
