Noëmi Lakmaier, from her 2010 Bursary showcase

We are so excited to have received 510 applications for the 2020-21 Artsadmin Bursary. The review process has been led by our Artist Support Producers Reena and Michael. For the final selection process, we are joined by external panellists:

  • Salome Wagaine, Project Manager of Diverse Actions, a three-year initiative, supported through Arts Council England’s Ambition for Excellence fund, championing culturally diverse ambition, excellence and talent in Live Art.
  • Alexandrina Hemsley, a dance artist and writer, who’s practice sees the body as a site for expressing felt and embodied politics.
  • Noëmi Lakmaier, a live artist with a particular interest in how we relate to ourselves and others as embodied being-in-the-world. Noëmi was an Artsadmin Bursary Artist in 2010.

We will be notifying all of the applicants at the end of March 2020 with the outcome of our selection process. Due to the volume of aplications, we will only be providing feedback to shortlisted artists.
