Call out for participants: a resistant body

Artists Bhebhe&Davies (Phoebe Davies and Nandi Bhebhe) are looking for a diverse group of participants aged 16-25 years old to explore how bodies can occupy space; from physical to phonic, pop culture to protest, public to private, IRL to URL.

The project hopes to bring together a group to explore plural voices and experiences, acknowledging difference and power dynamics, collectivity and solidarity.

Following a taster session in March, they will form a core group to participate in a week-long Summer intensive. The group will work together through movement, sound and camera direction to develop a series of short online videos.

Taster workshop: Saturday 24 March (10.30am-1pm or 2-4.30pm).
Summer intensive: Monday 13 – Friday 17 August (full days – lunch will be provided.)
Travel can be covered if necessary.
