The Tweet Smell of Success – Twitter Training for Activists

Don’t know your RSS from your elbow? Want to find out how activists can use Twitter for online community building; report live from actions as well as generate media coverage?

This short training session will give attendees a basic grounding in exactly what is Twitter and how it fits into the wider world of Internet-enabled DIY media tools.

Building on this context the session will look at practical applications of Twitter relevant to activists including community building; outreach and driving media interest.
