Booking information

Toynbee Studios

Useful information when booking tickets for events at Toynbee Studios.

E-tickets

When you book a ticket for an event at Toynbee Studios you will be offered an ‘E-ticket’ which will be emailed to you after the transaction has been confirmed.

To help us save paper you do not need to print this in advance and can bring the ticket in on your mobile or tablet and show it to a box office member of staff when you arrive.

Where to find us?

Venue address: Toynbee Studios, 28 Commerical Street, London E1 6AB
Nearest tube: Aldgate East
Visit our plan your visit page for more details.

Refund policy

We will only refund a ticket if the event is sold out and there is someone on the waiting list to buy.

If you can’t make an event we are happy to swap your ticket for another time or another event (charging or refunding any difference). We can also credit your account so you can buy a ticket from us for an event you would like to attend in the future.

When a full or partial refund is issued it will always be onto the card that was originally used for the payment.

What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed?
While the pandemic situation and restrictions remain changeable, events may be cancelled or postponed to ensure the safety of artists, audiences and staff. If an event is cancelled or postponed, you will be contacted by your point of purchase about a refund or exchange. We are a charity so if you would like to donate the price of your ticket you can here.

What happens if I can’t attend an event due to Covid-19?
We know how important it is to be flexible in current times. If you are not able to come to an event due to Covid-19, you can exchange your tickets or get a refund up to 24 hours prior to an event. Please note that we have a small Box Office team who work part-time so it may take up 3 working days to process.

We are working towards making Toynbee Studios the safest space it can be for artists, visitors, audiences and staff.
