Live Art Collective East (LACE), the East of England’s hottest new live art collective, is hosting a well-fun party to announce its presence to the world!
 
Join Richard DeDomenici for a special LACE themed Peachy Coochy, enjoy a Hunt & Darton cocktail, play Chris Dobrowolski’s Quiz Dobrowolski for a chance to win a LACE goodie bag, meet the UK’s first professional hopscotch team or take time out in Abi Cunliffe’s restful area.

Hosted by Mr Anthony Roberts and introduced by Helen Paris and Leslie Hill of Curious, the evening promises to be a jam-packed, tongue-in-cheek, fun-time; guaranteed to tell you everything you didn’t know you needed to know about the East of England.

LACE is an artist-led collective of 12 East-based artists. In summer 2012 LACE will present six ambitious new projects across the Eastern region. Ranging from playful, interactive pieces to large-scale, site-specific work and films, the programme will take live art to cafés, beaches, train stations and fields, shaking up public spaces and raising a few eyebrows along the way. LACE is supported by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
