Guest Artist Support Sessions: Salome Wagaine

We all need a little support right now, and Artsadmin’s Artist Support team is here for you. In addition to re-opening our one-to-one Creative Support Service in March, we’ve invited six fantastic artists who are each offering six one-hour sessions in March and April. These sessions are a place to speak about the big ideas of your art and dig into the creative corners you might feel stuck in.

Salome Wagaine is a writer and producer from and based in London.

Introduction from Salome:
My name is Salome and I use she/her pronouns. I’m from a Ugandan family and was born and grew up in London. I work as an independent producer but also as an arts administrator and project manager, on projects like Season for Change and Diverse Actions. I’m especially interested in artist development and helping develop and create programmes and systems that are non-tokenistic and meaningful.

I am happy to support anyone who feels they need it right now, particularly black people and people of colour working in the arts.

These sessions are now filled but you can still book a Creative Support Session with one of the Artsadmin team.

This workshop series is supported by The National Lottery Community Fund.
