How we’re funded
Artsadmin is privileged to be an Arts Council England (ACE) National Portfolio Organisation, and also generates income from renting spaces at Toynbee Studios, from events and performances. These sources bring in about £1m a year.
It costs us around £1.5m-£2m each year to run the studios, deliver our support and development programme, work closely with a handful of artists on new work, produce and tour a portfolio of 4-8 projects, and to invest in initiatives aimed at making a better world for and with artists.
This means all of our work is dependent on unlocking additional income through service delivery, partnerships, collaborations, grants and donations. We also raise funds for longer-term investment in Toynbee Studios.
Our charity’s work and approach make real impact in multiple ways, from bespoke 1 to 1 development sessions, to digital resources and public-facing work reaching audiences in their thousands. There are all sorts of ways to get involved. You can make a regular or one-off donation on our website, or if you’re curious about contributing to our work in another way, we’d love to hear from you.
