2 Degrees Festival

Biennial festival of art and climate change

Since 2009, Artsadmin’s 2 Degrees Festival invited local, national and international artists, activists and audiences to engage with urgent conversations around climate justice and how we might act together to build a more positive future. From 2021, 2 Degrees Festival ended and was incorporated into What Shall We Build Here festival.

2 Degrees Festival took place every two years at Toynbee Studios and off-site locations in London, with support from EU funding from Creative Europe and the Culture Programme. The biennial programme of performances, debates, workshops and public installations has included work by artists such as:
