Aged 16-21? Then come and join Artsadmin Youth.

On 21 July we’ll be sharing pizza and conversation. We are excited to have your input and ideas into creating a programme you would like to see take place. It will be an opportunity to learn more about the programme as well as meet other young people who are taking part. You’ll hear more about the artists who will be facilitating the workshops as well as hear more about the opportunity to create your own event at Toynbee Studios. Ultimately it’s a chance to find out if our new creative programme is for you.

Benefits of taking part in the programme include:

  • An amazing experience, learning new skills and gaining confidence working with an experienced team of producers and artists.
  • Take part in monthly workshops with renowned artists working in a wide variety of different art forms
  • A safe space to socialise and relax at Toynbee Studios
  • Use this experience to support your CV and university statement! Many young people who have previously attended youth programmes at Artsadmin have gone on to develop careers in the arts.
  • Be part of a collective
  • The programme is free, including all visits to other arts events. Travel expenses and food will be provided.

To attend please sign up here with your details. Once you have completed the sign up form you will receive an email with further details on how to attend the workshop.

Covid-19 Safety Measures

We’ve been working hard to make Toynbee Studios as safe as possible for artists, audiences, hirers, café customers, tenants and staff. Read the safety measures we are putting in place.

What is Artsadmin Youth?

Artsadmin Youth is a new creative programme for young people who live, work or study in the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Newham. This is an exciting programme where you can:

  • Share: a creative space where new ideas are welcome
  • Attend: workshops, trips and events
  • Meet: artists, creatives and other young people
  • Develop: new skills, networks and creative ideas

Workshops will be taking place on a monthly basis on the third Wednesday of every month at Toynbee studios until April 2022.

Artsadmin Youth is supported by Be Part through the Creative Europe programme of the European Union, The Simon Gibson Charitable Trust and the Allen & Overy Ben Ogden Memorial Fund.
