Julien joined Artsadmin as a Finance Assistant in 2023 after becoming interested in arts finance through managing events and projects for contemporary performance artists and independent magazines.
They studied the recorder at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and also work as a musician, focusing on collaborative work in contemporary classical and early music. Recent projects have included the premiere of a new electro-acoustic work for recorders and synthesisers and featuring as part of Burgh House’s Queer Georgian Social Season. In their spare time, Julien enjoys poetry, literary fiction, and baking sourdough bread.
