With in excess of 39 years’ experience in both Management and Financial Accounts with a demonstrated history of working across Not For Profit, Education and Corporate Sectors. Michelle is a self driven finance professional who has proven leadership skills involving managing, organising, and motivating teams to achieve their goals. Michelle is a natural leader, able to drive engagement between senior leadership teams, employees, and the company stakeholders to foster productive working partnerships, and is confident in dealing with associates and colleagues of all levels. Michelle is a trusted senior manager to firm management with a strong professional work ethic combined with exceptional inter-personal skills and integrity.

Michelle has built and managed finance teams for a variety of organisations, being most proud of creating a finance department for Morson International Ltd, building and leading a team of 7 for the London Rail Region, where none previously existed.

Michelle loves travelling, scuba diving, cooking, gardening and skiing [amongst other things].  She is an active member of her local community, has been a school Governor for a number of Faith & Special Educational Needs schools, is Neighbourhood watch co-ordinator and is also active in her local community organising and delivering fundraising events for a variety of organisations.
