Artsadmin producers and advisors facilitate a workshop on touring in the UK, focusing on unpicking some of the logistical challenges of regional touring for contemporary performance makers and live artists.

The group session will look at the process of touring work from the initial stages of approaching promoters to negotiating fees and developing diverse audiences. Through practical exercises and discussion, we will share tips and strategies, as well as inviting artists to share personal experiences of touring highs and lows.

Artsadmin’s expertise and experience lie in performance and live art, and so places for Sweatshops are best suited to artists working directly in these fields.
