Zoë Laureen Palmer

A practical introduction to a range of delicious and vibrant sprouts you can grow all year round on your windowsill – no garden necessary!

This workshop is an opportunity to learn and take home all you need to start your own sprout microfarm. We will taste teas, share growing and nutritional information, and participate in meditation. All in collaboration with the Alba Caffé team who will be providing some sprouty snacks and a seasonal tea.
