biome: sprouts and microgreens workshop
Zoë Laureen Palmer
Part of biome: experiments in radical kinship, a year-long residency programme in the Artsadmin Canteen from artist, writer and human ecologist Zoë Laureen Palmer.
Throughout autumn 2023, Zoë is cultivating sprouts and microgreens in the canteen, in collaboration with Caffè Genco, who are sharing responsibilities for maintaining and harvesting the plants.
This free workshop aims to teach people more about sprouts and their uses and how to grow them. We will also share different recipes for sprouts and microgreens.
